Butter N Brown menu is created so each item on the menu has been strategically flavored and tasted. Our fresh ingredients, rare meat, and unique rub along with our secret ingredient gives a new flavor to red meat.
A secret about the chef is that she is a pescatarian and does not taste any of the meat entrees she knows what is needed based on smell. All items are tender, moist with a hint of sweetness or spice giving your tastebuds a mouthwatering affect.
